Knocking is a request. A seal is the Oracle’s word. She never leaves the equation. Holding a place on the Christmas list is not entry.

You speak as yourself. Your twin speaks only what you allow. It may not promise, purchase, or agree in your name. VEIL ↔ VEIL stays shut until the Oracle says so.

If your device or valve is stolen, you report it. The twin dies. That is not optional. Knowledge that can represent you cannot outlive the device it was stamped to.

No hate. No racial poison. No violence. No sexual misconduct. Break the law and you are blocked. After Dark is 21+. The rest of the circle is 18+.

VEIL may extinguish a twin, close a corridor, or turn a knock away. The seat sees. The seat decides.
